Grilled Vegetable, California Avocado and Feta Cheese Wrap

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients
2 cups grilled vegetables
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 cups arugula
1 sliced California avocado
1 sliced tomato

Instructions

  1. Toss grilled vegetables with balsamic vinaigrette and feta cheese.
  2. Divide arugula, avocado, and tomato among 4 warmed tortillas.
  3. Top with equal portions of grilled vegetables. Roll up.
